One year has gone since the first "K100Treffen" edition, and once more I would like to offer to you a new GATHERING, join together BMW K 100 oldest ranges as much as possible, K1, K100, K100RS, K100RT, K100LT, K1100RS y K1100LT.

Our planning is as follows: to enjoy gastronomic- motorbike weekend and have a good time together and to share experiences about this fantastic BMW motorcycle range. The elected lodge this year is the
HOTEL CASTELLON CENTER ****, placed in city center.

IMPORTANT: Hotel rules remember you that if you cancel your reservation during the week before the event, the 50% of the price is required.
Please, full the deposit before arrive to the hotel, because de saturday we can not stop for refueling motorcycles. If your trip begins on Friday (options B1 y B2), at 18:00 p.m., reception at the Hotel and deliver Wellcome-pack, identity-card and route map.
At 21:30 hours, dinner will be served to the guests at the Hotel (options B1 y B2) also option C.
At 23:15 hours, night walking and, if you want, go to the disco and have something to drink.
At 8:30 hours, Breakfast in the hotel, only for guests (options B1 y B2).
At 8:45 hours, at the Hotel, reception all the members arriving at this day, those (options A1, A2, C, and D ) deliver Wellcome-pack, identity-card and route map.
At 9:30 hours, begins the route to Cirat, driving through “Sierra Espadán”, and following the itinerary detailed on the route map, without refueling (80 kms).
About 11:00 hours, will arrive at Cirat and we will have an aperitiv, in Sorni restaurant.
At 12:15 hours, next part of the route, to Castellón port (75 kms.).
At 13:45 hours, arrive to Castellón port. Group pfotograph, and shot of firecrackers.
At 14:45 hours, lunch in the Royan Club Náutico of Castellón. You will eat a great “paella”.

At 22:00 p.m., Elegance Dinner at the Hotel Jaime I, in ftont of the meeting Hotel, members of the options A1, A2, B1, B2, C, E1, E2, and F.
At 23:45 p.m., After dinner, a party with raffle of presents offered by the sponsors.
At 9:00 hours, Breakfast in the hotel, only for guests (options A1, A2, B1 y B2).

There are all the prices and options you should choose before booking:
OPTION A1 -Individual- Saturday route, free visit, Saturday lunch, Saturday dinner in the hotel, dwelling , Sunday breakfast, route and entrance. The parking is watch over in the hotel: 158 € each person.
OPTION A2 –Double room- Saturday route, free visit, Saturday lunch, Saturday dinner in the hotel, dwelling , Sunday breakfast, route and entrance. The parking is watch over in the hotel: 128 € each person, I mean, the total rate for a couple are 256 €.
OPTION B1 -Individual- Friday dinner in the hotel, dwelling, Saturday breakfast, Saturday route, free visit, Saturday lunch, Saturday dinner in the hotel, dwelling, Sunday breakfast, route and Sunday visit. The parking is watch over in the hotel: 247 € each person.
OPTION B2 –Double room- Friday dinner in the hotel, dwelling, Saturday breakfast, Saturday route, free visit, Saturday lunch, Saturday dinner in the hotel, dwelling, Sunday breakfast, route and Sunday visit. The parking is watch over in the hotel: 188 € each person, I mean, the total rate for a couple are 376 €.

BINDING RULES TO PARTICIPATE IN “III K100TREFFEN”
All registered members of "III K100Treffen" have read and accept the rules before confirming and paying it. Members also accept and respect the Spanish driving code as well keep in order all personal documents to drive properly.
No one will be registered until transference payment has been made and the amount should appears at the entitle bank account.
After the payment, in case you cannot assist at "III K100Treffen", will be REFOUND ONLY the amount after reduce all hotel reservations dues.
The registration period finishes the 1st September 2009. People who have not paid at that date, will lose the pre-reservation.
Each driver will be responsible on your own, for all facts and movements. All the traffic rules and control speed will be binding for all members. The organizer of the event denies all responsibilities about endanger behavior.
